The death has occurred of Ann Bennett (née Underwood), Cloonmore, Tarmonbarry, Co. Roscommon, formerly of Keash, Ballymote, Co. Sligo. She passed away peacefully on 25th April 2026, with her loving family by her side and in the care of the staff at Mullingar Hospital.
Predeceased by her husband Michael (Mickey), her parents John P. and Imy, and her siblings Eileen and Paddy.
She will be forever missed by her loving children Joseph, Martin, Marie (partner JP), Rosemary (husband Richard), Michael (wife Gillian), Carol Ann, and Paula; her brothers Tommy, Michael, Bartholomew (Batty), John, and Raymond; her sisters Margaret, Pauline, and Agnes; and her adored grandchildren Darren (wife Siobhan), Raymond, Simone, Matthew, Sorlene, Christian, Maddison, Noah, Aoife, Emily, and Harry, along with her many nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, and friends.

Reposing at Leavy’s Funeral Home, Scramogue, Co. Roscommon on Monday, 27th April from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday, 28th April at 11:30am in the Church of the Sacred Heart, Whitehall, Co. Roscommon, followed by burial in Kilbarry Cemetery.
