The death has occurred of Bridget (Breda) Byrnes (née Kelly), Cliona Park, Moyross, Limerick City, formerly of Cratloe East, Abbeyfeale, Co. Limerick. She passed away peacefully on April 23rd, 2026, at St. John’s Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her loving parents Patrick and Julia Kelly.
She will be sadly missed by her lifelong partner Jimmy; her sons Mark and Paul; her daughter Trish; Trish’s partner Tommy; Mark’s partner Richard; her brothers and sisters; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; nieces and nephews; and her extended family and wide circle of friends.
May her gentle soul rest in peace.
Reposing at Cross’s Funeral Home, Lower Gerald Griffin Street on Tuesday, April 28th from 5:30pm to 7pm. Funeral will arrive at St. Munchin’s Church, Clancy Strand on Wednesday, April 29th for Requiem Mass at 11am, followed by a service in Shannon Crematorium at 1pm.
