A tragic plane crash near Brooklyn Park has claimed the lives of North Dakota State Representative Liz Conmy and pilot Joe Cass.
The crash occurred on Saturday, April 25, shortly after the small aircraft took off. Emergency responders were called at around 11:51 a.m. and discovered the plane had crashed and caught fire in a local park. Authorities confirmed that both individuals on board died at the scene.
